Janice "Jan" Marie Huebsch

Janice “Jan” “Granny Toots” Huebsch, age 72, of Ithaca, died Thursday, July 28, 2016 at Meriter Park Hospital in Madison. Jan was born on December 4, 1943 the daughter of Leigh & Katherine (Griffith) Wilson in Prairie Du Sac, WI. Jan graduated from Prairie Du Sac High School in 1962. On June 15, 1963 she married Francis “Sonny” E. Huebsch Jr. at St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Sauk City, WI. She retired from Walmart Februay 2016 after 26 years of service. Jan enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers. She loved spending time with her family, horse rides, and loved to cook. Her family loved her home made pizzas. Survivors include her husband Francis “Sonny” Huebsch Jr. of Ithaca; 6 children, Dawn (Mike) Draves of Baraboo, Francis “Junior” Huebsch of Ithaca, Kim (Todd) Mieden of Ithaca, Barb (Ron) Granger of Richland Center, Ron (Holly) Huebsch of LaFarge, Andy (Jessica) Huebsch of Ithaca; 13 grandchildren, Mike (Blaine) Huebsch, Dan (Stacy) Draves, Darren Draves, Dakota Draves all of Baraboo, Ryan, Brianna, Brooklynn Granger all of Richland Center, McKala, Chelsey, Logan Huebsch all of LaFarge, Brandi, Hailey, Hudson Huebsch all of Ithaca; 4 great grandchildren, Austin and Michael Huebsch, Kiera Draves, Keegan Schwichtenberg; 5 siblings, Gloria Frayer of California, Richard (Lynn) Wilson of Spring Green, Tom Wilson of Oconto, Donna Topper of Madison, Scott (Julie) Wilson of Wautoma; sister-in-law, Shirley (Duane) Olson of Ithaca; special nephew, Bryon Wilson; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers & sisters, infant brother Richard, Leigh “Butch” (Martha) Wilson, Sharon Kirch, Bea (Wally) Griffin, Dan Wilson and sister-in-law, Ellen Wilson. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at 11:00 AM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Keyesville with Msgr. Roger Scheckel officiating. Burial will be held in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 1, 2016 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a Rosary at 7:45 PM at the Clary Memorial Funeral Home in Richland Center and also at church on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until the time of services at 11:00 AM.
