James "Jim" Loyal Marshall

James "Jim" L. Marshall, age 77, of Sextonville died Saturday, July 26, 2014 at Our House Memory Care in Richland Center. Jim was born on September 10, 1936 in Richland Center the son of Loyal H. and Emma (Hatfield) Marshall. On June 17, 1967 he married Patricia J. Moore at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Jim worked at American Family Insurance driving over a million miles with no accidents. Through the years Jim had driven 13 company cars as a property claim specialist. Survivors include his wife Pat Marshall of Sextonville; a sister Erma (Gerald) Fry of Richland Center; sister-in-laws, Hazel Marshall of Richland Center; Mary Ann Tubb of Plain; a brother-in-law Gordon (Mary Ann) Moore of Richland Center; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 sisters, Marvelle Gierhart, Amy Crary; 2 brothers, Raymond and Laverne Marshall. A Celebration of Jim's Life will be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at 11:00 am at the Clary Memorial Funeral Home in Richland Center with Pastor Craig Peach officiating. Burial will be held at a later date in the Fancy Creek Cemetery. Friends may call on Wednesday at the Clary Memorial Funeral Home from 9:30 AM until the time of service at 11:00.
